Loyalty card
Your NWC loyalty card that can be used in Jakes Venue at Whitehouse Leisure Park and The Clubhouse on Golden Gate Holiday Centre will be sent to you in advance of the new season. As an owner your loyalty card will entitle you to a 5% discount on all food and drink purchased at the above venues. Dont forget – you will need to register your card when you first use it at the Bar.
Park assist – Out of Hours Service
If you require emergency service out of hours assistance during the season, please call Park Assist on 01745 827425 selecting option 1 (please be aware there may be a charge applied for the use of this service).
Caravan Insurance
If you have not done so already please ensure that you hold valid insurance for your caravan. Please visit www.leisuredays.co.uk.
Gas Bottles
If you require a gas bottle please call Reception on 01745 827 425. The set gas delivery day will be Friday.
